Happy Sunday from Software Expand! In this week’s Feedback Loop, we talk about the future of Windows Phone, whether it makes sense to build multimedia centers to discuss preferences for metal versus plastic on smartphones. All of this and more after the break, proof of concept can do.
Just because you can do something, right? Samsung thinks so. His second phone, tested experimentally, exploits its R&D in material and its influence on production to offer something that few other companies do.
WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM THE WINDOWS TELEPHONE?
And so, after the Galaxy Round, here is the Galaxy Edge. If you take the form and the basic concept, this is the spitting image of the Youm curved screen prototype spied on at CES a little less than two years ago in the United States. Fortunately.
Now, however, it’s a real smartphone that you can buy. I tested it in Japan, where it was launched in place of the Note 4, although the Note 4 and the Note Edge are finally available.

The ability to reduce the likes of Chrome and Google Maps in a pop-up and overlay them on other apps is also useful. Do you like to see something similar on the iPhone 6 Plus, do you still get the Note 4?
Despite the unusual, curved screen, it still contains all the good things that made the Note 4 such a solid choice. But aside from bragging rights, are there enough arguments for a curved screen.
METAL VS. PLASTIC TELEPHONE BODIES?
Galaxy Note 4 because the configuration is identical here. Yes, running on Android 4.4 KitKat.
One of the greatest achievements of humanity is the exploration of space. While history has saluted the men and women who reached the cosmos and those who helped them get there, much of the infrastructure that sent them to heaven is forgotten and dilapidated.

And how does Apple’s biggest phone compare to the Note Edge? Well, both remain difficult to grasp and the edge of the note is wider. However, the screen edged better in my hand and the software adjustments mentioned above give it the advantage. However, like the stylus, it will take some time before you get to know all of the little things Samsung has done to make it easier for users in this screen size.
Roland Miller has spent almost half his life chronicling these landmarks before they are lost forever. Obsessed with space since childhood, he dreamed of being an astronaut.
EQUIPMENT
Its curves are subjective and a source of division; my friends and colleagues have offered reactions ranging from sheer puzzlement to worship. The screen is superb, with the sharp contrast and sharpness that have been a flagship pillar of Samsung for years. We’ll come back to that edge, but it’s the main part of a 5.6-inch Quad-HD + screen.
ONE HAND USE
Make this secondary menu transparent, allowing me to keep all this screen space. The ability to reduce the likes of Chrome and Google Maps in a pop-up and overlay them on other apps is also useful. I would love to see something similar on the iPhone 6 Plus.
SOFTWARE
If you are looking to learn more about the uses of the stylus, I would advise you to quickly read the review of Brad’s Galaxy Note 4, because the configuration is identical here. Yes, there are TouchWiz bits running on Android 4.4 KitKat.

But let’s focus on what’s different here: this edge. You can choose between two display modes: a thin, modest bar that can display a personalized message, and a larger column that attempts to offer additional functionality, notifications, or context menus for certain applications, such as the camera.
The front camera is also a high-end sensor compared to the competition, 3.7 megapixels with an f / 1.9 lens.
Although I am not a big selfie taker, you will have to ask our senior editor, but I do take a lot of photos with my smartphone.

When developed, the user interface is a basic line of icons, which you can browse with a flick. It may sound a bit unusual, but browsing through the different mini-screens is extremely satisfying.

The screen is slightly smaller than the Note 4, despite the increased number of pixels. Like the Note 4, the text appears a little more and the photos you take with the 16 MP camera are obviously better reproduced on the Note Edge screen.
All told, it’s a great camera. Image stabilization works well on all of the neon lights that dot Tokyo, while even people have been carefully captured. There is noise, but it compares favorably to older Galaxy phones. Daylight meant effortless capture and great photos, if I say it myself.
